General Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale govern all transactions made on the website afrilia.net between Afrilia SAS (hereinafter "the Provider") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to book travel services.

2. Services Offered

The site offers the following services:

  • Flight booking (via Duffel)
  • Hotel and accommodation booking
  • Experience and excursion booking
  • VIP services (transfers, guides, concierge)
  • All-inclusive travel packages

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in Euros (EUR) and may be displayed in other currencies for informational purposes. The total amount is communicated before order validation. Payment is made by international bank card via Stripe, a secure payment platform. Transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Booking and Confirmation

Any booking is considered firm and final after full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Client at the address provided during booking. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (dates, number of travelers, contact details).

5. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of service:

  • Flights : Subject to airline conditions. Some tickets are non-refundable.
  • Hotels : Free cancellation up to 48h before check-in date (unless otherwise stated). After that, the first night may be charged.
  • Experiences : Free cancellation up to 24h before the activity start.
  • VIP Services : Free cancellation up to 72h before the scheduled date.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions applicable to travel and accommodation services provided on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by European Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to bookings made on the site. The cancellation conditions provided in Article 5 apply.

7. Claims and Disputes

Any claim must be sent by email to contact@afrilia.net within 30 days of the service. In case of dispute, the Client may resort to a consumer mediator in accordance with applicable provisions. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Cotonou shall have jurisdiction.

8. Force Majeure

Afrilia SAS cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, conflicts, government decisions, carrier strikes, etc.).
